7 Ways to Support DuPagePads this Summer
Looking for ways to keep busy this summer? Here are 7 fun and simple ways to help end homelessness.
- Volunteer at an overnight site– Summer is when we have the greatest need for volunteers. With vacations and shifting work schedules, we need your help.
Click here for more information on volunteer opportunities.
2. Donate a meal or bag lunch– Not able to volunteer? Help feed those who are homeless by providing a meal.
Creating a warm dinner, serving breakfast or putting together sack lunches can all be great experiences for your family, co-workers, congregation or service group.
Contact our volunteer coordinator Diana for the most up to date list of needs: volunteer@dupagepads.org.
3. Volunteer at a festival– The more volunteers DuPagePads sends, the more event proceeds are donated back to our missions to end homelessness.
The benefits are numerous: fun atmosphere, great music, often free event t-shirts and festival entry. Shifts fill up fast, so contact Linda today if you are interested: Lflo@dupagepads.org .
