DuPagePads can help.
Are you seeking emergency shelter?
Please contact the DuPagePads Access Services team to assess your situation. Housing evaluations for anyone without shelter are available via phone or in person Monday – Friday from 8am – 8pm, Saturday (and holidays) from 8am – 4pm. Please call 630-682-3846 option 1 or visit our Access Center at 703 W. Liberty Dr., Wheaton, IL.
Shelter capacity is limited, and every effort is made to find a solution to each person’s housing crisis. Admitted clients have access to shelter, food and basic needs items, and case management and other support services.
Are you a community member concerned for someone unsheltered unsheltered in your community that may need outreach from our team?
Please call our Access Services team and leave a message, providing as much information as possible to help our Street Outreach team identify, locate, and follow-up on the report. If the person is not currently connected to our services, our Street Outreach team will conduct an outreach visit to begin engaging the person. To protect the person’s privacy, we are generally unable to report back on the result of specific outreach efforts.
The following information is valuable:
