DuPagePads' IHC is the first hotel-to-interim housing conversion in Illinois. Since purchasing the IHC in 2022, we are proud to report an 80% decrease in mental health incidents, a 75% decrease in health incidents, and over 100 children are enrolled annually in school.

1/3 of the guests in our Interim Housing Center are children. Most of them are under the age of 5. You can help make a brighter future for them and their families.

DuPagePads' volunteers and donors make meals possible for approximately 300 people each night, 100 of whom are children.

DRIVE FOR 155 AT THE JOLIENT AUTOBAHN!

Join DuPagePads for the sixteenth annual 3-hour karting enduro ON Saturday, July 18! Fifteen teams will compete in raising money for DuPagePads before race day, with the goal of raising $155,000 for our mission to end homelessness!

DuPagePads to Expand Support for Families Experiencing Homelessness with $5 Million Grant from Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos

32 organizations across the U.S. receive a total of $102.5 million from the Bezos Day 1 Families Fund to connect families with housing and hope.

The solution to end homelessness is more complex than providing individuals with food and shelter. Founded in 1985, DuPagePads is the largest provider of interim and permanent housing, coupled with support services in order to help individuals work toward a place to call home – DuPagePads vital support services enable the individuals we help to receive case management and life coaching, employment support such as GED courses and job coaching, as well as engagement with employers—effectively stopping the cycle of homelessness.
