When you register as an individual or team, a customizable page is created for you to easily share with family and friends raising awareness and funding support to help end homelessness in DuPage County! Awards will be given to the top 3 team and individual fundraisers.
Check out other fundraising events, our supporters like you, are holding to help end homelessness:
- Homeless Helpers – Aidan and friends will host a lemonade stand on August 25th in Naperville. Check out their Facebook event for more information.
- Mike Lifts 100 Tons – Mike will be lifting 100 tons on September 14th at South Naperville Strength.
Your Congregation Can Give Back and Win Breakfast!
You and your congregation are invited to participate as a group! The congregation who brings the most race participants will receive the Largest Participating Congregation award including a complimentary table for 10 to our Wake Up Your Spirit Breakfast on Wednesday, November 6th featuring keynote speaker Chris Norton, professional speaker and author.
During registration, be sure to input your congregation to be counted toward the award.
Exclusive Awards for Runners!
Are you a sprinter or more of a distance runner? We have awards for both!
Sprinters: we challenge you to the King/Queen of the Hill award! The first male and female to reach the top of the hill at Manchester and Bridge Street (a half a mile into the race) will be crowned King & Queen of the Hill at the award ceremony.
Distance runners: awards are given to the top three overall finishers for the 10K and 5K on stage. Additionally, participants can win a medal based on their age bracket (in 5-year increments) and gender.
Walking to End Homelessness is Great Too!
Our 5K walk takes you through the scenic streets of Wheaton, as volunteers and neighbors cheer for each step you take towards ending homelessness. For those looking for a shorter walk, we are also offering a 1K Family Walk (just over half a mile).
Strollers Too!
That’s right. Strollers are welcome for walkers in the 1K Family Walk or 5K Walk!
Everybody Loves Prizes!
Your child will receive a goody bag at the Kids Corner and can win prizes by playing the games!
Runners and Walkers are also entered to win a door prize! Numerous winners will be selected, with prizes from Naperville Running Company, H4 Personal Training, Yoga by Degrees, HealthTrack Sports Wellness, Granite City and more!
