Last year DuPagePads served 1,360 individuals, including 241 children and 144 families as well as 86 veterans who were homeless here in DuPage County. These numbers are unacceptable!
With no one left to turn to, Catina found herself at one of DuPage Pads’ Interim (Overnight) Housing sites. Working closely with the staff at the DuPage Pads Employment & Education Center, she was able to update her resume, search for jobs online, prepare for interviews and gain the confidence she needed to succeed.
On Wednesday, November 5th from 7:00-8:30am, DuPagePads will host its most inspirational event, the 12th Annual Wake Up Your Spirit Breakfast at Benedictine University in Lisle. This will be a truly uplifting event and an excellent way to start your day!
In the summers of 2010-2013, Mike DeMeritt ran 100 miles to raise funds for DuPage Pads’ housing programs and supportive services for families and individuals who are homeless. This year, in a break from tradition, Mike decided that he would lift 100 tons over the course of eight hours!

On Sat., Sept. 6th DuPage Pads held their 10th Annual Run 4 Home 5K & 10K Run, 5K Walk in Wheaton. DuPage Pads welcomed the largest participation in its ten year history and raised a record amount of funds to help the organization’s goal to end homelessness in DuPage County.
