Board Chair Responds to Rauner’s Budget Cuts – In a My Suburban Life Community Voice article published yesterday, Jane Doyle, DuPage Pads Board Chair, responded to Governor Rauner’s proposed budget, which severely cuts supportive housing programs that save money for the state.

Tickets are now available for the 9th Annual DuPagePads Taste of Hope that will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 5:30pm – 9:00pm at Abbington Banquets in Glen Ellyn, IL.

DuPagePads collaborates with Walgreens to help prevent the families and individuals who are homeless in the county from catching the flu this winter. Walgreens pharmacists came out to DuPagePads Client Service Center and provided vouchers for DuPagePads program participants to either redeem on the spot or to be used at any Walgreens.

DuPagePads 12th Annual Wake Up Your Spirit Breakfast was a huge success. DuPagePads welcomed more than 450 attendees to Benedictine University and raised approximately $100,000 toward the agency’s mission to end homelessness.

Tickets are now on sale for DuPagePads’ most inspirational event, the 12th Annual Wake Up Your Spirit Breakfast. This year’s breakfast will take place on Wednesday, November 5th at Benedictine University in Lisle from 7:00-8:30am. The entire community is invited to begin their day with this truly uplifting event!

DuPage Pads is calling all walkers and runners, individuals and families to the 10th Annual Run 4 Home on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 8am, beginning at 703 West Liberty in Wheaton. This 10K and 5K CARA approved course will appeal to serious runners, casual joggers and walkers.

DuPage Pads received a grant from the 2014 Spring Community Needs Grant Cycle of The DuPage Community Foundation for their Family Outreach Program.
