Please join us on Wednesday, November 8, at Abbington Banquets for networking, a warm breakfast, inspirational messages, and DuPagePads updates from CEO April Redzic during the 21st Annual Wake Up Your Spirit Day.
Featuring keynote speaker, Diane Nilan, HEAR US founder/president, chronicles poverty, homelessness, and life along America’s backroads. A long-time world-changer for people experiencing homelessness, Diane was instrumental in developing what became Catholic Charities’ Daybreak Center and served as Associate Director of Hesed House. She was also a key advocate in the creation of today’s McKinney Vento law.
“Waking up our spirits fuels our hearts for the essential work of compassion. What we put into this work creates a compassion epidemic that touches lives far beyond what we can imagine!” – Diane Nilan
Guests will also hear firsthand from a client whose life has been transformed by services made possible through donors’ generous support.
Your generous support strengthens client successes, connecting more families and individuals to the proven solution of housing, coupled with support services and employment programming to end homelessness.
